Full procedure
- 1Assess severity: Injury, Property Damage, or Near-Miss.
- 2For injury or fire, call ext. 4000 immediately and stay with the injured.
- 3Notify the shift supervisor.
- 4Within 24 hours, file the Incident Report (Form SAF-22).
- 5Participate in the follow-up investigation.
